Maddak Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat has a unique design that features a seat riser made of two parts that are hinged together, allowing the ring to be lifted in the same manner as the regular toilet seat. The seat is installed using the existing toilet seat and lid and does not appreciably change the appearance of the toilet. It elevates the seating position by 3 inches (7.6 cm) for easy sitting and rising.

Installation Instructions:
- Remove existing seat and lid from the toilet.
- Place gasket on toilet with holes in the toilet aligned with the holes in the gasket.
- Placed Hinged Toilet Seat Unit on toilet, small slotted holes up, making sure the holes line up with the holes in the gasket.
- Place existing toilet seat over the hinged toilet seat.
- Insert the bolt through the toilet seat hinge, the mounting block of the hinged seat, the gasket and the toilet.
- Repeat with the second bolt in the other hole.
- Slip washer onto the end of the bolt and tighten nut
- Repeat with second bolt
Warning:
- Hinged toilet seat should never be used without the normal toilet seat attached and hinged in the down position
