Post-Surgery

Though surgery is usually the last resort for treatment for different medical conditions, it’s different with breast cancer. Breast cancer usually involves the use of surgery to remove the cancerous breast tissue to stop the spread of it to different body parts. Chemotherapy and radiation are often used in combination with surgery to treat breast cancer. The extent of the surgery depends on the severity of the cancer and its spread.
