At Damozelle, orders are shipped usually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your request. Urgent overnight orders that must go out the same day have to be placed before 2:30pm EST. 

However, certain conditions can affect delivery. These include:

Unforeseeable circumstances: In the event of such a happening, we shall contact you with details of the next possible delivery date. 

Unavailability: All orders are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable then its dispatch is likely to face delay. You shall be duly informed of this and conveyed the next possible date of shipment. 

Next Day/Second Day Shipping 

Express delivery charges are always based on an estimate. In case the actual shipping cost is more than the estimated, your approval shall be sought on the extra charges. 

Easy Returns

Our returns policy is straightforward and customer-friendly. We want our customers to always be satisfied with our service so all our efforts are directed at this. 

For returning an item:

Please Note

All eligible returns will be issued a full refund.

You have to pay the return shipping charges unless the item you received was damaged, defective, not what you had ordered or we were responsible for a shipping error.

The first step in a Returns Request is to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our Customer Service before shipping the item back. Orders returned without obtaining RA# will be entitled to receive only “In-Store Credit” that can be used towards future purchases.

Returns Policy

Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned item received within 31 and 90 days of delivery shall be given In-Store Credit.

No returns, with or without RA, will be honored after 90 days of order fulfillment.

Returned item should arrive in its original packaging (with all parts and accessories).

It should be unused and in re-saleable condition. 

Refund Process

Before a refund, the returned item/order has to be reviewed. Once approved then refund procedure will start which could take around 3-4 weeks. On completion, the refund will be transferred to your credit card or the original mode of payment.

Request for RA#

  • Go to My Account and then Order History.
  • Click on Return Order and fill up the form. Submit it.
  • You will get RA# in the email within 2-3 business days.
  • Write this number on the item to be dispatched. 

In case you do not have an email ID, we shall use other avenues to issue the RA#. Also provide us with your Return Tracking Number for speedy process. 

Non-Returnable Items

Owing to health and safety reasons, we have to unfortunately disallow return of certain products. There are several items which fall under the “non-returnable” category. These include:

  • All hygienic items.
  • Opened personal care items.
  • Anything opened, used or tried-on.
  • Bath/toilet safety items unless they are unopened or in original packaging.
  • Feminine hygiene.
  • Opened incontinence items.

Items in our store with the following symbols are also classified as non-returnable:

We remain true to our commitment regarding our returns policy yet we reserve the right to take the final decision. This will be done keeping in mind factors like errors, evolving market conditions, discontinuation of products as well as misconceptions in displayed images. For example, the image of a product may be displayed with an add-on but the actual product will not include that.
